Top-rated Monaco-founded steak restaurant Beefbar is the latest fine dining partner for Vista Global’s VistaJet.
VistaJet has announced a culinary partnership with Beefbar.
Passengers departing from Paris, Milan, and Nice will have the opportunity to enjoy a curated selection of the restaurant’s most celebrated dishes during their flights.
More locations are coming, according to the announcement.
Beefbar was founded by Riccardo Giraudi in 2005 in Monte Carlo.
According to Michelin, “What began as a traditional steakhouse concept two decades ago has rapidly evolved into a distinctive dining experience shaped by Giraudi.”
The menu onboard the Vista Members’ fleet.
It features a selection of the restaurant’s iconic cuts.
They include the Kobe beef fillet, Wagyu beef fillet mignons, and various street foods to share.
Last year, World’s 101 Best recognized Beefbar as its top steak restaurant.
“We are excited to bring Beefbar’s culinary delights to VistaJet’s Members,” says Giraudi.
He adds, “For the first time, this partnership allows us to present our passion for the highest-quality ingredients and innovative cuisine in the most rarefied and unique setting you can imagine —onboard a private jet.”

VistaJet’s cabin attendants are trained by the prestigious British Butler Institute, Norland College, and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
Each Beefbar recipe has been tested for weeks by its chefs for inflight preparation.
The cabin crew has also been trained to prepare and serve the dishes.
Last year, VistaJet launched a partnership with Estiatorio Milos.
