The executive now in charge of the program says U.K.-based Air Charter Service is not changing its U.S. jet card offerings.

Robert Alper, CEO of Air Charter Service’s Boston office, will lead the firm’s North American jet card program.

He replaces John Castellano, who departed last month.

Castellano had been named Global Jet Card Director earlier this year.

Alper says, “We have a good mix of products.”

Alper joined Air Charter Service in 2021 and worked with Castellano as the broker expanded its membership offerings here.

Current options include Platinum, Gold, and Classic versions under the Empyrean moniker.

Platinum offers fixed hourly rates with a 24-hour callout.

Gold offers capped hourly rates and a 72-hour callout.

Classic uses dynamic pricing.

Alper says the trio of memberships enable his sales team to “sell the right product to the right customer.”

The company operates 35 offices on six continents.

It recently opened its first office in Ireland.
