Wheels Up and Marquis Jet Founder Kenny Dichter is staying closer to the ground with his newest venture.

This morning on CNBC’s Squawk Box, Dichter announced Real SLX, “a global sports and lifestyle experience club.”

Real SLX will “create and curate bespoke real-life experiences, best-in-class hospitality, and exceptional benefits for its individual members and corporate partners.”

Dichter launched Marquis Jet in 2001 before selling it to NetJets in 2010.

He then launched Wheels Up in 2013, exiting his chairman and CEO role in May 2023 and leaving the board last September after finalizing the Delta-led $500 million investment.

During his tenure in private aviation, Dichter added a heavy dose of events, access, and lifestyle partners to private flights.

That experiential side of the business is the foundation for his next chapter.

Like with private aviation, Dichter wants to expand access.

“With Real SLX, you don’t have to be a professional sports team owner to have the team owner experience,” Dichter said.
