After visiting the midwest Flexjet’s Praetor 600 static displays will visit California and the New York area.
Flexjet has announced six more cities for its Praetor 600 static display tour.
From Oct. 8 through 17, the fractional provider will stop in San Francisco, San Jose, Van Nuys, Los Angeles, White Plains, and Teterboro.
That follows St. Louis, Chicago, and Washington D.C. earlier this week.
Flexjet is the only fractional provider offering both the Praetor 600 and Praetor 500.
Rival NetJets is adding the Praetor 500 to its fractional lineup.
In announcing the static display dates, the second-largest fractional provider took aim at NetJets’ Textron entries, claiming, “Flexjet’s mid- and super-mid aircraft fleet is far more capable and comfortable than competing fleets offered within the fractional market, including the Citation Latitude and Longitude.”
“When we added this super-midsize jet to our ultra-modern fleet, we knew we were providing our aircraft owners with a unique opportunity to level up their travel experience in this category,” said D.J. Hanlon, Flexjet Executive Vice President of Sales.
Hanlon pointed to the Praetor’s anti-turbulence technology, fly-by-wire controls, and spacious baggage capacity, which ensure reliable and comfortable performance.
The aircraft also features LXi Cabin Collection interiors, noise suppression, a roomy cabin, a superior wet galley, and advanced entertainment and Wi-Fi systems.
Per Embraer, The Praetor 600 has a cruising altitude of 45,000 feet.
Its top cruising speed is 466 knots, and a maximum operating range of 4,018 nautical miles.
In Flexjet’s configuration, the Praetor 600 seats nine passengers, which includes a three-seat divan.
A 155-cubic-foot luggage compartment is accessible during flight and can hold up to 16 pieces of luggage.
Flexjet says its mid- and super-mid Praetors and Challenger 350/3500s fleet will grow to 177 aircraft by year’s end.
