NetJets was the top private jet company in the first Forbes Travel Guide Verified Air Travel Awards. Delta, Emirates led scheduled airlines.
Forbes Travel Guide has named NetJets the best private jet company in its inaugural 2024 Forbes Travel Guide Verified Air Travel Awards.
According to the Forbes media company licensee, “[Air] travel experts scoured the globe to come up with a list of nominees.”
Winners were “decided by an invitation-only survey of 5,000 of the most well-traveled people in the hospitality industry, including luxury travel advisors and FTG’s most frequent fliers, its incognito inspectors and training team.”
Forbes Travel Guide is known for its annual ratings of hotels and, more recently, restaurants, spas, and ocean cruise ships.
NetJets recently took delivery of its 50th new private jet this year.
It is the world’s largest private jet operator.
Emirates won Best International Airline, Best First Class, Best International First Class Lounge for its Dubai Lounge, and Best Culinary Program.
Delta Air Lines was named Best U.S. Airline, Best Domestic Business Class, Best Airline App, Best Loyalty Program, and Best U.S. Airline Lounge for its Delta One lounge at JFK Airport in New York.
Qatar Airways won Best International Business Class.
La Compagnie was the choice for Best Small Airline.
Air France won Best Wine List.
Awards will be presented at a ceremony in February in Monaco.
