Las Vegas-based Jet AI is going nationwide with its new CJ4 fractional program while offering jet card flights prior to delivery.
Las Vegas-based Jet AI is going national with its upcoming Citation CJ4 Gen 2 fractional program.
Last month, the flight provider revealed the order for three Textron Aviation light jets in an SEC filing.
Founder and Executive Chairman Mike Winston said, “For years, customers and prospects have asked us to offer a larger airframe and a national footprint; finally, that day has come.”
He added, “The CJ4 has outstanding range and cabin amenities along with a 15-year track record of exceptional reliability.”
Winston continued, “Production lead times at all private jet manufacturers are a year or more and have been that way for four or five years now.”
The first CJ4 is expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2026.
“Fractional customers who want interests in new planes have largely come to accept the same delivery cadence as whole aircraft buyers,” Winston noted.
He added, “The sale of the jet in advance of its actual delivery has favorable financial characteristics and is consistent with our philosophy that the traveler should own the plane and get the write-off instead of the operator.”
Jet AI’s CJ4s will be configured for eight seats in the passenger cabin.
The fixed-rate service area will be national, according to the announcement.
Guaranteed availability will be provided with 48 hours’ notice.
Jet AI will offer owners access to its national jet card program between buying your share and delivery.
The program gives one-way pricing but doesn’t necessarily guarantee availability.
Guaranteed availability for the jet card pricing is based on analyzing each customer’s flying patterns.
Share buyers won’t have to buy hours in the jet card program
They can fly at jet card pricing but will pay for travel before their flights.
Jet AI took off in 2021 with a HondaJet fractional program, later adding jet cards.
Las Vegas-based Cirrus Aviation Services operate its current fleet.
