Claude Harmon III, who has tutored winners of nine majors and 66 pro titles, is now head of golf for Magellan Jets.
Magellan Jets and golf instructor Claude Harmon III have partnered to strengthen the private aviation company’s position in the golf market.
Harmon III’s addition follows Magellan Jets’ selection as the Official Private Aviation Provider of 4Aces Golf Club in the LIV Golf League.
4Aces is captained by two-time major champion Dustin Johnson.
Harmon III will have the title of Head Golf Professional.
In that role, he will host unique golf experiences, provide golf lessons, and develop content exclusively for Magellan Jets clients.
The flight provider’s logo will also be featured on Harmon III’s golf shirt.
Harmon III will also be used in marketing campaigns.
His credits include being an instructor to winners of nine majors and 66 professional titles.
Harmon III students include Johnson, Brooks Koepka, Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, Ernie Els, Adam Scott, Darren Clarke, and Trevor Immelman.
According to the announcement, the golf pro was flying privately with Magellan Jets, the foundation of the partnership.
“When I fly domestically and overseas to help Tour players and others improve their games, it’s essential my private air travel is seamlessly managed,” said Harmon III.
