FlyExclusive Chief Revenue Officer Brad Blettner who departed at the end of 2024 is the new CEO of Selective Search.
Former FlyExclusive Chief Revenue Officer Brad Blettner is the new CEO of Selective Search, which describes itself as “the nation’s leading luxury matchmaking firm.”
Blettner has served in senior sales and marketing positions for the nation’s fifth-largest fractional/charter operator since 2019.
The Kinston, North Carolina-based operator launched its first jet card and fractional ownership programs during that period.
Blettner exited FlyExclusive last November.
It was his second stint in private aviation.
Blettner had been a senior sales and marketing executive at Delta Private Jets from 2009 to 2016.
From 1997 through 2009, he was a vice president with the Cincinnati Reds.
According to its website, Selective Search “is a premier luxury matchmaking firm with the largest candidate pool—over 285,000 singles—and the industry’s highest success rate—89%.”
Longtime FlyExclusive senior executive Mike Guina, who has served as president and chief operating officer, is now chief commercial officer.
