Jet card provider Premier Private Jets is expanding its MRO and FBO capacity after acquiring ASI.
Stuart, Florida-based Premier Private Jets, is expanding its footprint in Dayton, Ohio.
The operator acquired an MRO at Dayton International Airport in 2024.
At the time, the previous owner had slated it for closure.
Now, it is expanding by acquiring the ASI FBO at the airport.
Premier Private Jets CEO Josh Birmingham aid, “With more traffic to PremierMRO in Dayton and strong business aviation traffic generally, we are pleased to add new FBO capabilities. With the acquisition of ASI, we’ll have more capacity and capability for maintenance customers, local operators, and transient traffic.”
He continued, “It also means a lot to us that we will be able to bring ASI’s fantastic staff into the Premier family.”
Birmingham noted, “An FBO is more than fuel trucks and a lounge. It is the dedicated employees who understand safe and proper aircraft handling, create a great customer experience, and generate repeat business. We will have that with ASI.”
ASI served private aircraft at Dayton for 67 years.
Its FBO has hangar and office space of 20,000 square feet and 195,000 square feet of ramp space.”
Premier Private Jets offers a regional jet card program.
Additionally, it offers a fixed-flight-rate membership for flights between Florida and states in the Eastern U.S.
