Private jet charter broker Air Charter Service has expanded with its first office in Italy.

It is its 35th office and is located in Milan.

European Regional Director Andy Summers said, “We have been looking to have an office in Italy for a number of years and feel that now is the right time to make this investment.”

He continued, “We have been dealing with many Italian clients through our other European offices since the early days of ACS, but we want to now focus on our service to those customers and further cement our relationships with local airlines with an office in the country.”

Leonardo D’Alessandro will lead the office.

D’Alessandro joined Air Charter Service in February 2015.

He started at the company’s London headquarters before moving to its Geneva office in 2018.

From Switzerland, he had already been focusing on the Italian market.

“I’m thrilled to be opening this office in Milan. It has been in the pipeline for a while now, and it’s great to get the team together here and to get started,” D’Alessandro said.

He added The Italian economy is the eighth largest in the world, so the potential here is huge for both our passenger and cargo divisions.”

The office opened this past Tuesday.

Last August, Air Charter Service planted its flag in Ireland for the first time.

There was also a third U.K. office in Manchester.

It offers a dynamic-pricing jet card in Europe.

In the U.S., Air Charter Service has three jet card variations.
