A Florida court has issued a stipulation for entry of a consent final judgment against AeroVanti in favor of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The NFL team had sued the private aviation membership company for $3.4 million.

It is alleged that AeroVanti didn’t pay for a sponsorship to promote its service.

AeroVanti became the exclusive private aviation partner of the NFL team in December 2022.

However, as Private Jet Card Comparisons first reported, the flight provider was grounded by June 2023.

The filing came on March 26, 2025, and was reported yesterday by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Per the court:

‘Plaintiff, Buccaneers Team LLC, whose address is One Buccaneer Place, Tampa, Florida 33607, shall recover from Defendant, AeroVanti, Inc., whose address is 2 Compromise Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21202, the sum of $3,339,582.00, plus pre-judgment interest at the current statutory rate of 9.38% percent per annum from the date of the Stipulation. The interest rate will adjust in accordance with Section 55.03, Florida Statutes for all of which let execution now issue.’

The company and its founder, Patrick Britton-Harr, have been the subject of a number of lawsuits.

The Chicago Cubs filed litigation for unpaid marketing.

The Justice Department has sued Britton-Harr, alleging fraud related to medical testing companies he was running.

Scott Hopes, who briefly served as CEO, said during his tenure, AeroVanti had racked up around $50 million in debt.

More recently, Britton-Harr has been pitching members on a new private jet travel provider called BrixleyXchange.
