Jets.com has debuted new branding and a new website while refreshing its jet card program.

The most significant jet card changes are a reduction of peak days and the ability to choose between a block of hours or a bank of funds.

According to the announcement:

Jets.com’s bold new brand and services reflect the company’s remarkable growth and evolution since launching in 2008. What began as a boutique charter brokerage in New York City has grown into a full-service private aviation provider with over 90 team members across three continents, a proprietary software platform, and a Mission Control staffed mostly by licensed pilots, offering unmatched care, insight, and responsiveness.

It continues:

Led by founders and industry veterans Damian Klinger (pictured center), Edgar Alacan (left), and Manni Scarso, Jets.com has expanded its presence to Boston, Boca Raton, Long Island, London, and São Paulo. In 2021, a shared ownership stake in (aircraft management and charter operator) Private Jet Center fueled the company’s growth, giving Jets.com preferred access to a rapidly expanding fleet of modern, managed aircraft, which has tripled in size since the partnership began. The company has also broadened its offerings with a dedicated air cargo division and the upcoming launch of BluShare, a pioneering aircraft co-ownership program created with Private Jet Center.

The rebrand is called Limitless Horizons.

The company’s new brand ethos celebrates “freedom, flexibility, warmth, and the belief that private travel should feel personal and purposeful.”

Co-founder Edgar B. Alacan says, “From the beginning, we believed private aviation should be simple, seamless, and deeply personalized.”

He adds, “That idea still drives us, and our mission today remains the same: to deliver expertise, trust, transparency, and thoughtful service. This rebrand isn’t about changing who we are; it’s about reflecting who we become.”

Alacan says, “Our new identity embodies that promise and who we are today: trusted partners and passionate aviation advisors, always looking ahead so our clients can focus on what’s next.”

Chief Marketing Officer Monique notes, “Our new identity reflects what sets us apart and what we uniquely offer to clients: integrity, expertise, and the freedom to embrace life’s most meaningful moments, from sunrise to sunset.”

Last year, Jets.com announced a small fractional program via Textron Aviation.

Currently, it has 1,300 jet card members.

The renewal rate is 90% per the company.

The new jet card programs are branded Access Pass and Access +

Access Pass offers fixed hourly rates with non-peak guaranteed availability at 72 hours and 36 peak days.

You are guaranteed availability in a single cabin category – light, midsize, super-midsize, or large.

You can upgrade or downgrade as available with an interchange fee.

Access Pass allows you to buy 25 hours or deposit $200,000.

Access + offers non-peak guaranteed availability at 48 hours (down from 72 hours) and 26 peak days.

Both programs previously had 58 peak days.

To join, you buy 50 hours or deposit $400,000.

You get guaranteed access to all jet sizes at published rates.

Rates are locked for the lifetime of your funds.

Jets.com doesn’t charge the typical 12-minute taxi time per segment.

It also includes deicing.

The Jets.com Primary Service Area includes the Northern Caribbean and Transatlantic flights.

Earlier this year, the company cut daily minimums on light and midsize jets.

Chief Operating Officer Dan Satterlund says, “The enhancements to our jet card program weren’t driven by trends: they were shaped by what our clients have been asking for.”
