Jet card broker BC Flight is allowing new customers to request a refund for unused funds after their first flight in a May jet card promotion.
BC Flight is allowing jet card buyers to request a refund this month.
Its jet card, like many, is ordinarily non-refundable.
However, through the end of May, if you buy a 25- or 50-hour jet card and are unhappy after your first flight, you can request a refund for unused funds.
There are no restocking or additional fees.
You must only email BC Flight within 14 days of your first flight.
Founder and CEO Thane Namy says the goal is to reduce risk for new customers by giving them an easy out.
Namy says, “We find that just getting them to try our service after explaining our program makes them happy. They are happy when we deliver on our promises with no surprise charges and straightforward calculation of flight time.”
