A URL that had previously been the subject of litigation and was once part of a $30 million sale agreementPrivateJet.com, is making its debut as a consumer website.

The well-named internet marker had previously been used to redirect web traffic to JetSmarter and later Victor.

In 2012, it was reported that Don’t Look Media Group, the then-owner, was selling the website for $30 million in cash and stock.

That deal never apparently went through.

Don’t Look Media then had a licensing arrangement with JetSmarter.

Following the end of that agreement, an alliance was formed with Victor, a U.K.-based charter broker.

Civil lawsuits filed by Don’t Look Media against Victor in 2019 were later dismissed.

However, PrivateJet.com is now back as a consumer website.

PrivateJet.com LLC launches with a dynamic pricing membership.

David Gitman, owner of Monarch Air Group, is the principal of PrivateJet.com, LLC, according to business records.

Michael Loff, a Monarch Air Group veteran, is the director of charter sales at PrivateJet.com LLC.

Previous experience included JetSmarter and Chapman Freeborn.

Loff tells Private Jet Card Comparisons, “Privatejet.com LLC is operating the website per the purchase agreement with its registered owner.”

Loff says the new brokerage will be a “premier private aviation provider, renowned for its commitment to safety, luxury, and personalized service.”

Focus is “business, leisure, and complex charter missions.”

Its membership entails a refundable deposit of $100,000.

Members get a 2% bonus flight credit for every $100,000 they deposit.

PrivateJet.com’s membership uses dynamic pricing.
