Airacer has made two updates to its recently launched jet card.
The Long Island City, New York charter broker is now offering members a refund of a portion of their unused balance if they want to exit the program.
A 25% restocking fee. applies
Additionally, there is a discount clawback based on the number of hours flown.
Deposits were non-refundable when the program debuted.
At the same time, Airacer has increased the minimum seat guarantee on ultra-long-haul jets to 13 passengers.
The previous guarantee was 10 passengers.
The new jet card offers fixed hourly rates with guaranteed availability.
In a rarity among jet cards, the fixed rates apply to intercontinental travel between North America, Asia, and Europe.
Jet card denominations are sold in 10-hour increments starting at 10 hours.
There are six cabin categories.
There are two super-midsize options, plus a large cabin and an ultra-long-haul.
