Empty leg membership program Vaunt from Volato says it is on track to double its $389,000 in Q1 2025 revenues.
Vaunt, the empty leg membership program of Volato Group, said projected 2025 Q2 subscription sales are expected to end between $700,000 and $800,000.
Q1 2025 revenue was $389,000.
The company said the increase continues “a rapid growth trajectory that began in late 2024.”
Vaunt VP of Marketing and Operations Tim Graves said, “This isn’t just a short-term spike in activity. It reflects a maturing business with real pull.”
He added, “We’re seeing early signs of increasing demand in line with our model, and each new operator expands that opportunity.”
Growth is being fueled by expanded partners in its empty leg program, a second premium tier membership launched last year, and a “complete your trip” booking tool.
The latter enables empty leg users to book coordinated flights and hotels with their private jet flight.
Members pay an annual membership fee and then fly empty legs at no additional cost.
Operators gain incremental revenue by filling empty legs.
Operators are paid a share of membership revenue.
The app has generated over $1.5 million in annualized recurring revenue.
It has over 100,000 downloads.
Nearly 600 flights were completed in 2024.
Last week, Volato Group announced a non-binding term sheet for a merger with M12.
