Great Place To Work has certified Vista America for the second consecutive year.

This certification is awarded to companies that demonstrate a commitment to cultivating a high-performing, people-first culture centered on growth, collaboration, and excellence.

The accolade is based entirely on feedback from current employees about their experience at the company.

Great Place To Work Vice President Sarah Lewis-Kulin said, “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Vista America stands out as one of the top places to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

Vista America President David Stanley noted, “We’re incredibly proud to be recognized again as a Great Place To Work-Certified company.”

He added, “What makes this particularly meaningful is that it is based on direct feedback from our employees.”

Stanley continued, “It’s a reflection of the passion, professionalism, and dedication they bring every day — and it reinforces that their voices are heard and valued.”

Vista America was formed in 2023.

It is an umbrella for its U.S. operators.

They include XOJet, Red Wing, and former Jet Edge operators.

Stanley said, “From day one, we’ve been committed to creating an environment where our people feel empowered and inspired to contribute at the highest level.”

Its operators service customers of VistaJet and XO, and also work in the wholesale market.

FBO chain Signature Aviation was also on the list.

Delta Air Lines and Cathay Pacific Airways were also on the list.

Marriott and Hilton were hospitality certified companies.
