Posar joins FlyExclusive as senior vice president of sales

Adam Posar is the new senior vice president of sales for FlyExclusive.

He joins the fifth-largest U.S. charter/fractional operator from Jet Linx Aviation.

Last year, Jet Linx was in the ninth spot.

Posar had been executive vice president over jet card sales, sales operations, sales development, and analytics.

During his tenure at Jet Linx, he spearheaded CRM transformation.

He also built referral partnerships with wealth managers and lifestyle brands.

In his new role, he will lead retail sales strategy, client engagement, and growth initiatives across the company’s private aviation solutions.
