Air Charter Service continues its growth by opening its first office in Western Australia after 24% year-to-date growth.
Perth has become the third office location in Australia for Air Charter Service.
It comes on the heels of reporting first-half financial results.
CEO Justin Bowman said, “Following the outstanding success of our offices in Sydney and Brisbane, we have been looking to add a Western office for some time.”
The UK-based charter broker has seen revenue down under up 24% so far this year.
He adds, “Australia is an important market for us, and we are aiming to capitalise on Perth’s role as the country’s resource and energy capital, and the city’s strong overall economy.”
Twenty-year Air Charter Service veteran Stephen Fernandez leads the office, which opened at the beginning of this month.
After starting serving as regional director for Asia/Pacific in Hong Kong, he was most recently based in Bangkok.
Fernandez says, “I can’t wait to get started here, and build a team – Australia is such a strong market for Air Charter Service, with our other two offices in the country performing very well and enjoying a 24% growth in revenue this year.”
