The Phenom 300 was the most used private jet by Air Charter Service during a record 2025 that saw over 35,000 passenger and cargo flights.
Charter flights booked by Air Charter Service soared to a record 35,467 charter flights in 2025.
That marked an increase of 5,177 flights over 2024.
In terms of growth, the jump represented a 17.1% increase.
CEO Justin Bowman said, “Last year we arranged over 35,000 flights, more than ever before, but many other records got broken along with that.”
WingX reported 2025 as an all-time record for private jet flights.
Aircraft chartered by the UK-based broker flew into or out of 2,323 IATA or ICAO recognized airports.
Passengers and cargo booked by Air Charter Service also made landings or takeoffs at hundreds of additional non-designated airfields.
Bowman says that includes dirt runways, ice runways, helipads, and even water landings.
The company has 40 offices in 20 countries across six continents.
So it’s not surprising that the airports it used spanned 206 countries.
Bowman says that, as a comparison, American Airlines operates to 350 destinations in 63 countries.
Emirates, known for its global reach, flies to around 140 destinations in more than 75 countries
In terms of arranging those flights, Air Charter Service sourced flights from over 1,000 charter operators and airlines.
Bowman says, “We couldn’t have chartered any of these without the wonderful airlines and operators that we work with, last year we joined forces to book aircraft with 1,348 of them on behalf of our clients.
However, that’s a bit less than the over 1,400 operators used in 2024.
Charter flights ranged from helicopters to Airbus A380s and Antonov 124 cargo aircraft.
Altogether, 4,718 aircraft and 389 types were used in 2025.
Passenger charter flights carried 437,368 passengers.
The most popular private jet was the Phenom 300.
Air Charter Service used the Embraer-made light jet for 430 flights last year.
As for cargo, Air Charter Service arranged charters to transport over 90,000 tons of freight.
The average was just over 20 tons per flight.
The Boeing B747-400F was the most popular cargo aircraft, with more than 350 flights, some with payloads of over 100 tons.
