Luxury vacation club Inspirato is the newest partner of by-the-seat private jet flight provider Aero.

The deal offers synergy across Los Angeles-based Aero’s growing route network.

Per the announcement, “The collaboration combines Inspirato’s curated portfolio of luxury homes, hotels, and experiences with Aero’s expansive semi-private flight options to in-demand destinations, including Maui, New York, Aspen, Napa, and Los Cabos.”

In August, Aero announced a partnership with the Four Seasons resort on Maui in conjunction with the launch of its route to Hawaii.

Earlier this week, Aero was voted by Conde Nast Traveler readers as one of the top U.S. airlines in the magazine’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards.

Reciprocal Benefits

The Inspirato partnership offers reciprocal benefits.

Inspirato members will earn flight credits and have preferred pricing on Aero’s semi-private service.

Aero clients will gain special access to Inspirato’s luxury portfolio.

They receive a one-time guest pass and a joining incentive for future membership.

Inspirato offers 350 luxury vacation homes.

It also features accommodations at over 220 luxury hotels and resorts.

In total, they represent over 170 destinations worldwide.

Aero CEO Ben Klein says, “By pairing our flights with a stay at Inspirato’s exceptional collection of luxury villas, we’re offering guests a new option for their accommodations, especially for extended stays and large groups.”

Inspirato Chairman and CEO Payam Zamani adds, “With Aero serving many of the same iconic destinations where we offer residences and hotel partners, this partnership is a natural fit. It allows members to enjoy the entirety of their travel experience, from flight to vacation, creating an unmatched door-to-door experience.”

Inspirato offers various memberships ranging from $15,000 to $40,000.

The vacation club is currently the target of a buyout offer by rival Exclusive Resorts.

According to The Denver Post, a revised bid several weeks ago valued Inspirato at $43.6 million.

It was valued at $39 million under the previous offer.
