TLC Jet Executive Travel Response provides emergency medical relocation services for customers while traveling away from home.
The TLC Jet Executive Travel Response is a new feature offered with complimentary one-year access for new flights booked between Oct. 15, 2025, and Nov. 30, 2025.
Customers can name up to 12 family members and friends.
The program is designed to support customers who experience medical emergencies when traveling more than 150 miles from home domestically or internationally.
The service provides “worldwide medical jet transportation, bedside to bedside, to your chosen hospital.”
There are also worldwide medical referrals, consultations, and prescription
assistance.
Support is 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
There is also a provision for returning the mortal remains to a funeral home in the client’s city of primary residence.
Other benefits include legal referrals and an emergency call relay service to transmit emergency messages to relevant parties.
Founder Justin Firestone tells Private Jet Card Comparisons that TLC Jet developed the new program after seeing the five- and six-figure costs of international medical evacuation flights.
The former Wheels Up and Marquis Jet executive launched TLC Jet earlier this year.
Firestone says the new service is part of how he is positioning the company.
