After acquiring Privaira Private Aviation last December, TLC Jet has fully merged the charter operator under its brand.
TLC Jet has fully merged Privaira Private Aviation, a charter and aircraft operator based in Boca Raton, Florida, into its brand.
The website, digital platforms, communications, and customer touchpoints will transition to the TLC Jet brand as the integration progresses.
Privaira was acquired by TLC Jet last December.
Privaira offers on-demand charter services.
“Privaira brings meaningful new capability to the TLC Jet brand, particularly in aircraft management and its FAA Part 135 charter and brokerage certificate, an area where TLC Jet was formerly focused only on charter,” said Amanda Fisher, CEO of parent TLC Aviation.
She added, “Together with our Toledo Jet maintenance business, TLC Jet is now able to support our customers across charter, management, and maintenance, whatever their aviation needs may be.”
Flight operations will continue to be conducted under Privaira’s FAA Part 135 certificate, Sky One Holdings.
The d/b/a changes from Privaira to TLC Jet.
Currently, the company has only two aircraft on its 135 certificate, a Hawker 800XP and a Challenger 604.
Privaira holds ARGUS Platinum status and is IS-BAO Stage 3.

Embraer E145, configured for 30 seats, will be used for sports teams and group charters, as well as corporate shuttles.
Plans also call for acquiring King Air 350s to deploy in the Southeast U.S.

Wheels Up, once the largest operator of the twin-engine turboprops from Textron Beechcraft, retired the last of its fleet in April.

Firestone, a former Wheels Up and Marquis Jet executive, founded TLC in 2025 as a charter broker.
Sister Toledo Jet Center has roots dating back over 30 years.
TLC Jet is based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.

TLC Jet offers dynamic pricing for its membership and charter services.
Before the acquisition, TLC was a broker selling charters for other fleets and an MRO operator.
TLC Jet first announced its acquisition of Privaira last November and completed it in December.
In April, TLC Jet entered a partnership with American Airlines, allowing charter customers to earn AAdvantage miles and loyalty points.
It recently extended its double miles promotion for charter customers.
