The president of NetJets joins the Corporate Angel Network Board. CAN and the world’s largest private jet company have partnered since 1997.
Patrick Gallagher has been named to the board of directors for the Corporate Angel Network.
Gallagher is president of NetJets Aviation.
Corporate Angel Network is a nonprofit organization.
It helps cancer patients access the best treatment centers in the United States.
It arranges free travel on corporate and commercial aircraft.
Chairman Jean Rosanvallon says, “Patrick’s leadership in aviation and his longstanding commitment to Corporate Angel Network make him an incredible asset to our board.”
He continues, “NetJets has been an extraordinary partner to CAN for nearly three decades, and we are honored to welcome Patrick in this new leadership role.”
Gallagher says, “I am honored to join the board of Corporate Angel Network and support an organization that has such a profound impact on cancer patients and their families.”
He adds, “CAN’s mission aligns closely with the values of service and innovation that drive aviation forward, and I look forward to contributing to its continued impact.”
NetJets has been a partner of the charitable organization since 1997.
The company and its fractional owners have donated hundreds of flight hours.
NetJets has also donated a percentage of proceeds from select jet cards.
The flights enable cancer patients travel to and from life-saving treatment at no cost.
Today, NetJets continues its support.
It matches fractional owner flight-hour donations up to 50 hours annually.
The unit of Berkshire Hathaway provides additional contributions through its CAN Referral Program.
The board includes a list of industry leaders.
