Omaha teenage Keyton Crone received a Hogwarts-worthy send-off as Jet Linx transformed its terminal there into Platform 9¾.
Make-A-Wish teenager Keyton Crone received a Harry Potter-inspired sendoff for his recent trip to Florida thanks to Jet Linx.
Crone was on his way to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando.
When Crone and his family arrived at their private terminal in Omaha, they found the entrance transformed with Harry Potter–inspired décor.
There was a balloon arch, floating candles, and a Platform 9¾ display with themed luggage and Hedwig the owl.
A character inspired by Ollivander greeted Crone and presented him with a custom wand.
Crone’s mother, Katie Crone, said, “I’m just excited that he gets a trip that’s centered around him.”
She added, “He’s battled so much, and it means everything to give him a week where he doesn’t have to think about those battles.”
Crone’s wish trip also includes visits to the Disney parks and SeaWorld.
VP of Marketing Nicole Swickle said, “Taking care of the communities we serve is a part of our Jet Linx DNA.”
She added, “When we’re able to bring a little light to someone’s day, it creates a ripple effect in our own lives, both personally and professionally.”
Swickle continued, “Keyton is pure magic, and the work Make-A-Wish does for kids and families is so much bigger than business.:
