After eight years working at Northern Jet, Casey Cox has been promoted to VP of Aircraft Management.

Formerly Director of Owner Development, Cox will now lead the company’s aircraft management department.

The role involves overseeing the company’s managed fleet and aircraft-owner relationships, among other responsibilities.

Casey Cox started at Northern Jet in 2018 as a Line Service Technician and Lead Detailer.

Most recently, he served as Director of Owner Development for two years.

Cox’s new responsibilities will include overseeing the company’s managed fleet.

That includes managing relationships with aircraft owners, aircraft sales and acquisitions, and business expansion.

A company press release said that the promotion was due to Cox’s experience at Northern Jet and his interpersonal and client relationship skills.

“Casey’s promotion is a natural next step for Northern Jet and for the Aircraft Management department,” said Chris Bull, CEO of Northern Jet.

Bull continued, “Casey respects the values that shaped Northern Jet while bringing the perspective and leadership needed to guide this part of our business forward.”

Cox’s father, Charles, is chairman and founded the company in 1995.

The company expanded via its 2023 merger with SpeedBird.

In 2025, Northern Jet ranked 15th in the U.S. based on charter and fractional flight hours.
