Volato’s Vaunt empty-leg membership program could still end up with FlyExclusive as part of the agreement extension.

Volato’s remaining aviation-related assets could still be sold to FlyExclusive.

The two companies extended an agreement that dates from September 2024 and was extended last September.

The original agreement came as Volato exited its fractional and jet card programs.

FlyExclusive has previously bought Volato assets related to technology and aircraft sales.

In March 2026, it acquired Volato’s Mission Control software.

In October 2025, Volato sold its aircraft finance division to FlyExclusive.

Under the latest modification, the agreement is now extended through Dec. 31, 2026.

The Vaunt empty-leg membership program remains the most likely remaining target of the agreement.
