SC Aviation has broken ground on another hangar close to its HQ in Janesville, Wisconsin, with construction expected to end in March 2027.
SC Aviation recently broke ground on a new jet hangar at Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport.
The 30,000-square-foot facility is projected to cost $3.5 million and will expand aircraft capacity at the airport.
The construction follows other recent expansions in SC Aviation’s fleet, with the operator needing more aircraft space for its customers.
The airport is also close to SC Aviation’s HQ in Janesville, Wisconsin. The operator already has three hangars at KJVL, with this latest being their fourth.
“SC Aviation’s groundbreaking represents both a celebration of our history and an investment in our future,” said Adam Singer, SC Aviation VP, in a press release.

The 30,000-square-foot hangar is meant to hold ultra-long-range jets. As of now, the largest in their fleet are two Falcon 2000s and a Falcon 7X.
The company expects to finish hangar construction in March 2027.
