Private aviation sustainability services provider 4AIR is facilitating a sustainable aviation fuel offering at Monterey Regional Airport with FBO Del Monte Aviation and the Monterey Fuel Company LLC. Flexjet is the launch customer for the SAF initiative.

It’s also adding Morocco, Tel Aviv, Kyiv, Minsk, Moscow, and St. Petersburg to the list of cities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa where members can fly with one-way pricing.

Flexjet is going carbon neutral with no surcharges to customers, including a 300% offset pledge in Europe

Flexjet says it has achieved carbon-neutral flight operations. The move comes via a partnership with 4Air, the rating system focused on sustainability in private aviation. Since January 2021, Flexjet has been purchasing credits to offset carbon emissions from all flights booked by its U.S.-based customers. Its verified credits will fund carbon offset projects. Those projects negate the impact of emissions generated by its aircraft at no additional expense to its customers.

Jet Linx joins 4Air private aviation sustainability rating system

Jet card and aircraft management company Jet Linx Aviation has signed onto 4Air’s recently launched sustainability rating system for private jet operators

Omaha, Nebraska–based Jet Linx Aviation has signed on to 4Air’s rating system focused on comprehensive sustainability in private aviation. It re-enforces the management and jet card provider’s goal to reduce and mitigate harmful emissions. Jet Linx jet card members and aircraft owners will be able to purchase carbon offset credits. Credits fund projects designed to counterbalance carbon emissions worldwide.
