Global private jet flight activity slips 3% week-to-week remaining 35% above 2021 levels

For the week ending February 6, 2022, global private jet flights dipped 3% week-to-week, according to the latest update from WingX. Still, activity was 35% up on Week 5 in 2021. For the trailing four weeks, private jet flying globally is running 36% ahead of last year.

Global private jet flights rebound week-to-week as French private jet flights increase 17%, up 60% from 2021

Global private jet flights bounced back, up 3% week-to-week, after slipping a week ago. There were 61,200 private jet flights worldwide last week, less than 5,000 flights short of New Year’s weekend. In other words, the new norm seems to be every day at near holiday levels, according to the latest WingX data.
