XO (formerly XOJET)

Founded in 2006 and based in San Francisco New York,  XO (previously XOJET) offers a private fleet of Bombardier Challenger 300s and Citation X jets in addition to tapping into a worldwide network of charter jets. XO offers membership programs tailored to general private jet customers, elite private jet travelers and corporations utilizing private jet lift. The company was sold by TPG Capital and Aabar PJS, two large private capital investors, to Dubai-based Vista Group in 2018.  In June 2019, it was merged with JetSmarter into a new brand, XO and website, FlyXO.com.
