Flexjet is adding a private terminal for its customers flying out of Van Nuys Airport. The Los Angeles airport serves exclusively private aviation and last year was the fourth busiest private jet airport in the country.
.The second-largest fractional fleet operator said it would also add private terminals at Teterboro Airport, serving New York and Love Field in Dallas.
The Van Nuys facility is the company’s fourth terminal. It is on the Clay Lacy Executive Complex and features a 3,000 square-foot lounge available exclusively to Flexjet clients.

Amenities and perks include a gated entrance to Flexjet’s terminal and parking lot, private ramp side access to board aircraft, a conference room with multimedia connectivity, Wi-Fi access, a cafe, an espresso bar, and on-set Flexjet staff.
“In choosing to locate our Van Nuys private terminal at the Clay Lacy Executive Complex, we are able to offer our clients one of the most premium, private and secure locations,” said Flexjet Chief Operating Officer Megan Wolf.
The company said the expanding its private terminal network “gives customers the opportunity to experience on the ground the Red Label by Flexjet premium comfort and customization they enjoy in flight.”
Current locations include Westchester County Airport in White Plains, New York, Naples and West Palm Beach, Florida.
Van Nuys is one of Flexjet’s busiest destinations and has Flexjet’s second-largest passenger lounge – White Plains is the largest with 4,000 square feet.
Love Field is currently scheduled for the summer and Teterboro for end of the year.
