Jettly acquires broker Online Jet Charters

Canadian online broker Jettly has acquired Online Jet Charters from Exclusive Charter Service

Toronto-based Jettly has acquired broker website Online Jet Charters.com. Both have offices in New York. According to a press release, Online Jet was established 21 years ago. I had been a subsidiary of Exclusive Charter Service.

Jettly CEO Justin Crabbe says, “This transaction represents the first of a series of planned transactions whereby Jettly will seek to expand through the acquisition of local, traditional, and online charter brokerage businesses in the United States and abroad.”

Jettly offers several membership options, ranging between $370 and $997 per month. Its most expensive option – Jet Card – offers wholesale pricing plus five percent and includes complimentary Uber Black transfers.

Jettly was founded in 2016. Additional member benefits include lifestyle partnerships with UBER, the Shangri La chain of hotels and resorts, onboard catering services, and professional chauffeur services, all arranged through a single point of contact.
