Fly Alliance is selling its aircraft spare parts business to a new company started by its former CEO.

Altitude Parts, LLC, headed by Kevin Wargo, has acquired all aircraft parts inventory and warehouse facilities from Fly Alliance.

That includes an Orlando, Florida facility with over $150 million of assets, including 156 disassembled aircraft and over 42,000 individual parts.

In July, Christopher Tasca, who co-founded Fly Alliance with Wargo in 2019, acquired control of the company via a management buyout.

Tasca had served previously as president before taking the CEO role.

Fly Alliance is the 14th-largest U.S. private jet operator based on charter and fractional hours.

Tasca says, “Fly Alliance is focusing on the flying aspect of the business, which is charter, jet cards, fractional ownership, and maintenance,” adding, “The parts business is a different business.”

Tasca says the deal came together over the past week after he approached Wargo.

Moving Forward

Manny Perez moves to Altitude Parts, where he becomes president.

Last year, the parts business chalked up $60 million in sales, according to Wargo.

Six private jets are currently scheduled to be disassembled this month.

That includes three Gulfstream IVSP aircraft, one Hawker 400XP, one Falcon 50, and a Hawker 4000.

Wargo tells Private Jet Card Comparisons:

‘The aircraft spare parts and aviation aftermarket industry plays a critical role in keeping commercial, business, and private aircraft operating safely and efficiently around the world. As aircraft age and operators look for cost-effective alternatives to new components, quality used serviceable aircraft parts and components remain an important part of the global aviation supply chain. While our name and ownership have changed, the relationships, knowledge, and experience behind the operation remain in place.’

Cove Capital Investments, LLC owns Altitude Parts.

Cove Capital was founded in September of 2025 by Wargo and Samantha Nunez.

It also has an ownership interest in Sky Travel Solutions, an aircraft management and charter operation.

Currently, 12 aircraft are under management, with one available for charter.

Wargo says six Hawker 400s will be available for charter by the end of the year.

He says Sky Travel and Fly Alliance don’t compete, with the latter focused on midsize, super-midsize, and large cabin jets.

Fly Alliance has 24 aircraft available for charter.

That includes nine large-cabin Gulfstreams, a Global Express, and a Falcon 2000.

There are also nine Citation XLS and Sovereigns, and four Hawker 800 series.

“Charter and jet card is not our primary focus at this time,” Wargo says.

Wargo says the focus is on aircraft parts and refurbishment projects, including paint, interior, maintenance, and resale.

Wargo adds “a number” of strategic acquisitions are planned.

Cove Capital is based in Winter Park, Florida, and Dubai, UAE.
