Sky Travel Solutions launches jet card with light jet focus

Florida-based Part 135 operator Sky Travel Solutions expects to have a charter fleet of 11 Hawker 400s flying by early 2027.

After taking Dumont Aviation and Fly Alliance to recognition as leading national charter operators and players in the jet card market, Kevin Wargo wants to replicate those accomplishments with Sky Travel Solutions, a new entry, through a partnership with Brazilian business aviation veteran Pedro Bizzotto (pictured).

Wargo launched Fly Alliance in 2019 with former Dumont executive Christopher Tasca, building it into the 14th-largest U.S. operator based on charter and fractional hours in 2025.

After selling his controlling interest to Tasca in July, Wargo bought Fly Alliance’s used parts business last week and is venturing back into charter and jet cards with Bizzotto via Sky Travel.

The Winter Park, Florida-based company has one Hawker 400XP on its charter certificate, plans to grow the charter fleet to a half dozen Hawkers by year’s end, and to add another half dozen in 2027.

Bizzotto, the president, relocated full-time to the U.S. last year after selling his stake in SyncJet Brazil.

The private aviation company he cofounded provides charter flights and fractional ownership with a fleet of 60 aircraft, including 16 Hawker 400s, turboprops, piston aircraft, and helicopters, and operates FBOs.

Bizzotto says his partnership with Wargo in Sky Travel stemmed accidentally from a March meeting.

SyncJet U.S. had been warehousing parts for Fly Alliance.

Bizzotto was giving up the hangars, and Bizzotto says he had lunch with Wargo to discuss Fly Alliance needing a new place to store parts for its aftermarket business.

During the meeting, Bizzotto said he told Wargo he wanted to establish a U.S. charter operator.

They were able to buy the Sky Travel charter certificate.

Its first Hawker 400 began flying last week; it currently has eight pilots, and he is hiring more as the fleet ramps up.

Sky Travel Club

For the jet card-branded Sky Travel Club, the plan is to accommodate as many flights on its fleet as it expands, although for now it will use third-party charter operators.

There are three tiers – 25, 50, and 100 hours.

There are also six categories – light jets, midsize, super-midsize, premium super-midsize, large, and ultra-long-haul.

Members can switch between cabins at published rates.

You get a 2% discount when you buy 50 hours, rising to 5% at 100 hours.

Callouts are also tiered, beginning at 48 hours for 25-hour jet cards, 24 hours at 50 hours, and eight hours if you buy 100 hours.

Funds never expire, and rate lock is a standard 12 months.

Bizzotto says Sky Travel is guaranteeing WiFi across all cabin categories.

In its light jet fleet, he says the company currently has Gogo but will switch to Starlink.

All of the Hawkers will be refurbished inside and will receive a still-in-concept Sky Travel exterior.

In fact, Bizzotto says he has reached out to a notable artist with the offer to create a design for one of its exteriors similar to the famous Calder DC-8 for Braniff.

For the jet card, there is a 120-minute daily minimum.

Callout on 33 peak days is 240 hours.

The fixed-rate service area includes the Continental U.S., Bermuda, Mexico, and select Caribbean destinations at a 10% surcharge.

The current contract doesn’t allow one-way flights to be canceled without penalty, which is typical of small broker jet cards, but Bizzotto says that may change soon.

The starting price is $7,650 plus FET for 25 hours on a light jet and ranges up to $16,060 plus FET for an ultra-long-range aircraft.

Bizzotto says the company sold three jet cards last week when it rolled out the program.

What’s next?

In terms of making a place in a crowded market, Bizzotto says, “We’re building a dream team—great operations, great accounting, great pilots. Everyone is very, very dedicated to our clients.”

As for growth plans after the initial Hawkers, Bizzotto says, “That’s something the market is going to tell us. But yes, of course, there are a lot of good opportunities to grow.”
