Fly Alliance includes Wing Aviation Group, Wing Maintenance, Encore Plane Parts, NXT Jet, and its Alliance jet card, fractional share, and on-demand charters products

Alliance Aviation Group is rebranding under the Fly Alliance label. The move puts Wing Aviation Group, Wing Maintenance, Encore Plane Parts, NXT Jet and the Alliance jet card, fractional share, and on-demand charter offerings under one shingle.

According to the announcement, “By bringing all the operations under the company name, Fly Alliance will look to maintain its continued growth within the aviation industry and make it easier for customers to search and select Fly Alliance.”

The company said its new branding “will not change any of the core capabilities of the company as Fly Alliance will continue to provide industry-leading service to its customers.”

Co-founder and CEO Kevin Wargo said, “As we continue to grow as a company, we felt it was the appropriate time to bring all of our operations and services under one brand. Our focus on personalized customer service, responsiveness, and communication creates a winning combination that sets us a notch above our competitors and will not change.”

Earlier this year, Alliance said it is planning to order up to 20 new private jets.

The group was launched in 2019 by former executives and partners in Dumont Aviation.

At the end of 2021, its operator NXT ranked as the 18th largest charter/fractional operator in the U.S., according to Argus TraqPak data.
