JSX has earned top honors as a 2023 Five Star Regional Airline by The APEX Official Airline Ratings for the third straight year.
It is the only regional carrier to earn five stars.
Five-star global airlines include Cathay Pacific, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Lufthansa Germany Airlines, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, and Turkish Airlines, among others.
“We can think of no greater honor than to be recognized as best-in-class by the customers we serve,” said JSX CEO Alex Wilcox. “
He added, “The JSX experience was created for anyone who values their time, from private jet owners and first-class fliers to families and business travelers who desire a simpler, better way to travel.”
JSX now offers flights coast-to-coast after launching on the West Coast.
Next month it adds Orlando as its third Florida, with flights to Dallas and Westchester Country Airport north of New York City.
It is also increasing flights between Miami and Westchester Country.
It recently added flights to Colorado in the West, including Rocky Mountain Airport near Denver and Boulder.
The brainchild of Wilcox, who cut his teeth with Virgin Atlantic Airways before helping launch JetBlue, JSX uses reconfigured regional jets.
The Embraers have extra legroom throughout the cabin with just 30 leather seats. They are now being outfitted with Elon Musk’s Starlink high-speed Wifi.
However, the main attraction is they fly from private terminals enabling customers to show up for their flights as little as 20 minutes before departure.
On behalf of nearly 850 dedicated Crewmembers, I accept this prestigious recognition with gratitude to the Airline Passenger Experience Association.”
JSX has a completion rate of 99.5% for its flights.
The APEX Official Airline Ratings are based solely on certified passenger feedback.
The Embraer jets can also be chartered privately for groups as VIP Airliners.
