Fractional and jet card operator Volato has now raised $16.4 million as part of a proposed $25 million raise, according to a filing with the SEC today.
The update showed it has raised over $7 million since March 27.
Last month it confirmed an order for 25 HondaJets.
The 2021 start-up is adding a Gulfstream G280 fractional program, with deliveries beginning in 2024.
