After its recent expansion to Florida, Tradewind Aviation is adding revenue management and HR positions

Pilatus PC-12 operator Tradewind Aviation has added Crist Stilianos as Vice President, Human Resources and People and Jen Lozada as Vice President of Revenue.

According to a press release, Stilianos and Lozada’s positions are both new and part of the charter operator’s growth plans.

Stilianos and Lozada’s appointments are the first of several newly added Vice President level roles across some of Tradewind’s departments to be filled in the coming months, including a Vice President of Flight Operations as the next hire to be announced.

“We are thrilled to welcome Crist and Jen to the Tradewind Aviation team, where they will play instrumental roles in advancing our journey of sustainable growth and delivering unparalleled in-flight guest experiences,” said Eric Zipkin, Tradewind Aviation’s CEO.

He added, “Jen and Crist’s combined expertise and enthusiasm will prove crucial to maintaining our upward trajectory, further positioning Tradewind for future success.”

Stilianos will be responsible for all aspects of human resources strategy and people experience, including talent management, team member training and development, pilot training experience, and compensation and benefits strategy.

Previous experience includes Calvin Klein, where he spent over two years as Director and then Senior Director of Human Resources, and previous similar roles with Eldridge, Tiffany & Co., and Macy’s.

He will report to CFO Rich McKnight.

Lozada joins Tradewind from Vista Global’s XO, where she held senior management positions in Aircraft Sourcing, Global Account Management, and XO Shared Flights, including business strategy and development across sales, marketing, schedule development, customer service, and ground operations.

Lozada will be responsible for all aspects of Tradewind’s Sales, Marketing, and Business Development strategy and initiatives.

She will report directly to CMO David Zipkin.

In addition to on-demand charter and its Goodspeed jet card program, Tradewind offers by-the-seat scheduled private flights in the Northeast U.S. and Caribbean.

Tradewind has ordered 20 new PC-12s from the Swiss OEM.
