Leading jet card and private jet management provider Jet Linx Aviation has opened a new 60,000-square foot facility in Omaha.
Jet Linx Aviation has unveiled its flagship private terminal at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Nebraska.
The eighth-largest private jet operator in the U.S. based on charter/fractional flight hours through June, the new facility is 60,000 square feet.
Global architecture firm HDR designed it, featuring 28-foot-high doors capable of housing the largest business jets.
HDR credits include The Beaumont Hotel in London and Sydney Olympic Park in Australia.
There is heated pavement and a 6,600-square-foot, glass-enclosed private lounge for jet card customers and aircraft owners.
The original facility opened in 2004 as the company’s first private terminal before nationwide expansion.
“This flagship facility shows our commitment to aircraft owners, jet card members, and our team, as we aim to provide best-in-class service and facilities,” said Chairman Jamie Walker.
He added, “As we approach our company’s 25th anniversary, it seems fitting to return to our roots in Omaha as we enter a new phase of expansion and operational excellence.”
The facility officially opens this Saturday.
It comes one year after Jet Linx opened a new private terminal in Scottsdale.
It is also upgrading Dallas, Indianapolis, and St. Louis facilities.
Jet Linx offers both guaranteed availability jet cards and aircraft management for private jet owners.
