Embraer Phenom 300 operator GrandView Aviation has achieved Wyvern Wingman Pro status, the highest safety rating from the agency.
GrandView Aviation has earned Wyvern Wingman Pro certification.
It is the rating agency’s highest level of safety achievement.
It is an ongoing participant in Wyvern’s Flight Leader Program.
Wingman Pro validates organizational safety culture utilizing advanced safety culture evaluation tools recognized by safety experts and regulatory bodies worldwide.
“Grandview’s mission is ‘setting the new standard in private aviation,’ and earning this elite Wingman Pro designation validates and further distinguishes our stellar reputation among U.S. private charter operators,” says Manny Figlia, GrandView’s Director of Safety.
He continues, “GrandView Aviation’s robust safety culture is the backbone of our company, and every single team member is an indispensable contributor – our pilots and instructors, maintenance and quality assurance teams, operational control center, sales team, and support staff.”
Pro level can only be obtained by an already established Wingman operator that demonstrates effectiveness in all areas of SMS, excellence in addressing Human Factors and Organizational Safety Culture, and continuous conformity to international standards by way of an internal audit program.
“Wingman Pro operators not only conform to international standards, they also embrace transparency with their safety data so end users can trust their decisions,” says Andrew Day, Wyvern’s Senior Vice President of Operations.
GrandView offers an as-available membership program on its fleet of Embraer Phenom 300s.
