Vista Global’s Germany-based charter operator, VistaJet GmbH, has seen its Wyvern Wingman status renewed.

The re-certification took place in December.

Vista Global services a worldwide clientele for its VistaJet and XO brands.

The company has a series of operators it either owns outright or holds minority interests in.

Its 2021 acquisition of Air Hamburg was later renamed to VistaJet GmbH in 2023.

Chief Operating Officer Mike Ulka said, “Renewing and once again earning the Wyvern Wingman Certified Operator designation is a meaningful validation of VistaJet GmbH’s unwavering commitment to safety, operational excellence, and transparency.”

Ulka continued, “Successfully completing the December 2025 Wyvern audit reflects the dedication of our teams across the company, who consistently uphold the highest international standards in every aspect of our operations.”

He added, “This recognition reinforces our promise to our members and partners to deliver the safest and most reliable global aviation experience possible.”

Wyvern COO Andrew Day congratulated the operator for its “sustained commitment to rigorous safety risk management, which remains a benchmark in the industry.”

Vista Global currently has 270 aircraft worldwide, according to the release.
