Jet card inventor Sentient Jet is celebrating its 25th anniversary with its eighth year as the preferred private aviation partner of the Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs.

The private jet flight provider expects to fly over 200 passengers to Louisville for the 150th running of the Derby.

The company will also celebrate its sixth annual Derby Day Breakfast for customers, hosted by celebrity chef and brand ambassador Bobby Flay.

The Food Network star will serve a French-inspired breakfast and share his annual racing picks and betting tips via Sentient Jet’s social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.

“We are honored to stand as the Kentucky Derby’s preferred private aviation partner for its historic 150th running. We deeply support the passions of our card owners – and one of those key passions is thoroughbred racing. For over 16 years, we have remained dedicated to this storied sport, supporting our Card Owners, team owners, and spectators from around the world. Celebrating our 25th anniversary alongside The Derby makes this an exciting year for us both, and we are thrilled to continue our tradition of offering Card Owners convenient access to this iconic event,” said Andrew Collins, Co-CEO of Flexjet, Sentient Jet’s parent company.

For the event, Sentient is supporting Michael Levinson and L and N Racing and its entry, Track Phantom, trained by Steve Asmussen and ridden by new Hall of Famer Joel Rosario.

The Flexjet, Inc. unit also backs Dean & Patti Reeves and Reeves Thoroughbred Racing and its entry, Society Man, trained by Danny Gargan and ridden by Frankie Dettori.

Jockey Tyler Gaffalione, an 11-time leading rider at Churchill Downs, will have the jet card provider’s support as he rides Sierra Leone.

All three are Sentient customers.
