Vista Global Holding’s Vista America unit has been awarded as a ‘great place to work’ by A Great Place to Work after an employee survey.
Great Place to Work has certified Vista Global’s Vista America unit as a great place to work.
Great Place To Work describes itself as “a global leader in workplace culture, helping organizations create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience.”
Vista America joins other U.S. companies, including Cisco, Nvidia, Intuit, Adobe, and Salesforce.
According to the announcement, the certification is based on direct employee feedback.
71% of the company said their employer is, well, a great place to work.
The national average is 57%.
Possibly good for flyers, 88% of employees feel empowered with responsibility.
84% of employees said they felt welcome from day one.
Dave Stanley, President at Vista America, said, “We are thrilled to be recognized as a Great Place to Work-certified company. We consider employee experience a top priority every day. We owe our continued success to our dedicated teams and celebrate and thank them for all they do.”
He added, “Vista America actively seeks individuals with transferable skills, recognizing that a diversity of thought and experience fuels innovation and paves the way for a more efficient and service-excellence approach.”
Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, added, “Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience.”
Certification, she said, is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture.
The group says employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, twice as likely to be paid fairly, and have a fair chance at promotion.
Vista America is a unit of Dubai-based Vista Global, best known for its flight provider brands, VistaJet and XO.
Vista America has a non-controlling interest in Jet Select and Western Air Charter, better known as Jet Edge, XOJet Aviation, Red Wing Aviation, and Talon Air.
The operators were part of Vista Global’s acquisitions, which also included brokers XO, JetSmarter, Apollo Jets, and Camber.
