Industry veteran Cameron Gowans joins matchmaker Partners In Aviation which connects two owners to one private jet.
Partners In Aviation, a matchmaker that connects aircraft owners, has hired Cameron Gowans as vice president of operations.
Gowans was president and COO of Four Corners Aviation and the chief strategy officer at Aquila Aviation Holdings.
Previously, he was president of Jet Linx Chicago, CMO at Flight Options, and a vice president at Embraer Executive Jets.
President Mark Molloy said, “Cam’s depth of knowledge and leadership experience in private aviation is a real asset for Partners In Aviation.
He adds, “His skillset and track record align well with what we do and what we need to help us continue to grow.”
Partners In Aviation matches two owners to one aircraft and pairs them with a management company.
The matchmaker provides the legal structure that protects co-owners from the risks of do-it-yourself partnerships.
The program is designed for flyers who use 50 to 150 hours per year and can coordinate schedules with the other owner.
