Private jet, group, and cargo aircraft charter specialist Air Charter Service set a company record in 2024 with over 30,000 flights in a single year for the first time.

Founder and Chairman Chris Leach says, “In 2024, we arranged 30,290 flights, which is a magnificent achievement in one year.”

He adds, “That means that, on average, a flight arranged by ACS took off somewhere around the world every 17 and a half minutes every day in 2024.”

Looking back, Leach notes, “We experienced our busiest ever summer months and finished the year exceptionally strongly, as it was touch and go at the end of November as to whether we would pass the landmark figure.”

Leach started the company 35 years ago from his basement.

Last year’s flights included live entertainment world tours and relocation for 39 rhinos as part of a conservation project.

Air Charter Service used over 1,400 charter operators.

Its flights landed in over 200 countries.

Air Charter Service also opened offices in Manchester, Dublin, and Munich.

Leach is bullish.

He says, “2025 is shaping up to be another exciting year for ACS, as we have a number of new offices in the pipeline.”

The London-based flight provider opened in Milan earlier this year.

January’s flight numbers were 12.1% up year-over-year.

Air Charter Service offers fixed-rate, capped-rate, and dynamic pricing guaranteed jet cards in the U.S.

It currently offers dynamic pricing jet cards in Europe.
