Joel Fenn is the new North America Private Jets Director for Air Charter Service.

He will oversee the company’s 13 offices in the region for the U.K.-based flight provider.

Air Charter Service Americas President Richard Thompson says, “North America is the largest private jet market in the world, as well as being ACS’s largest region in terms of the number of offices, making it of significant strategic importance to us.”

Fenn has worked in the Private Jets division since he joined the company 20 years ago in its London headquarters.

After rising to Director of Private Jets, he took on the same role in Hong Kong.

He then opened the Air Charter Service office in Miami in 2015.

Thompson continues, “Joel has a huge body of knowledge and experience, not only in terms of the North American market but also of ACS.”

Fenn says, “I can’t wait to get started working alongside the fantastic people that we have here across our North American offices and visiting all our ever-growing private jets teams across the continent.”

He adds, “My aim is to continue our push in recruiting the next generation of aviation consultants, nurturing our relationships with our operator partners, and ensuring the best possible experience for our customers across charter and jet cards.”

Air Charter Service offers three jet card programs in the U.S.: one with fixed hourly rates, a second with capped hourly rates, and a third using dynamic pricing.
