FlyUSA is now part of the Aviation Safety Action Program from the Air Charter Safety Foundation.
Clearwater, Florida-based FlyUSA has joined the Air Charter Safety Foundation’s Aviation Safety Action Program.
The company operates 25 managed aircraft.
It recently launched a fixed-rate, guaranteed availability jet card.
ACSF CEO Bryan Burns said, “By integrating ASAP into its safety management system, FlyUSA enhances its ability to proactively identify and address safety risks, reducing exposure and improving overall operational efficiency.”
He continued, “Whether utilized as a standalone safety program or as part of a broader SMS, ASAP strengthens any operator’s ability to maintain the highest safety standards for its customers, crew, and aircraft.”
The company was recently ranked as the 45th fastest-growing private company in the United States in the Inc. 5000 list.
That was top among private jet flight providers.
The ASAP program enables aviation professionals—including pilots, aircraft mechanics, engineers, dispatchers, and schedulers—to self-report significant safety concerns in a voluntary, cooperative, and non-punitive environment.
These reports help identify and mitigate potential safety risks, ensuring a proactive approach to aviation safety.
ASAP is designed for flight department employees working with operators.
It includes Part 23, 91, 125, 133, 135, 137, 141, and 145 operators.
Participants can include pilots, mechanics, dispatchers, schedulers, and ground personnel.
They seek to enhance safety by identifying and addressing operational deficiencies, regulatory non-compliance, and procedure deviations.
