SME Solutions customers of Wheels Up can earn up to two Delta One roundtrip tickets to Europe through end of Q1.
Wheels Up is increasing its capped hourly rates on April 1, 2025.
However, current and new members can lock in the current capped rates for 12-to-24 months by adding funds through the end of March.
The move comes after the Delta Air Lines-backed private jet flight provider posted its best quarterly results since its July 2021 IPO.
As of April 1, 2025, hourly capped rates excluding FET at the $100,000 level for its King Air 350 will increase to $6,295 from $5,995.
Hourly rates for Light Jets go to $8,195 from $7,795.
Midsize hourly rates increase to $9,395 from $8,895.
Super-Midsize prices go to $10,595 from $10,095.
Chief Commercial Officer Dave Harvey tells Private Jet Card Comparisons that no changes are being made to the capped rate primary service area or daily minimums.
Harvey also emphasized that the increased prices are caps, so flexible fliers will be able to save money.
Wheels Up now shows pricing variations by day of the week and five segments during the day.
That enables flexible flyers to save by choosing days and times of day where pricing is lower.
For example, Harvey says its actual light jet rates were 21% lower than its capped rates over the past 12 months.
Harvey adds that members who can travel outside of high-demand periods and days will continue to save significant money compared to caps.
The company is also planning to provide members with more data on how much they have saved compared to its capped rates.
Most guaranteed rate and availability jet cards use fixed hourly rates.
According to Harvey, there are no price changes for Wheels Up’s Small & Medium Size Enterprise Solutions.
However, a current promotion offers free Delta One business class roundtrip tickets to Europe.
At the $250,000 level, your company received one roundtrip from the U.S. to Europe.
At $500,000, you get two Delta One tickets.
A roundtrip between Los Angeles and Paris in May prices around $12,000.
The jet card deal runs through the end of March.
In other Wheels Up news, Harvey says the first Challenger 300 enters commercial service next week.
However, there are no current plans to add capped hourly rates for its fleet of Phenom 300s.
“The demand for the Phenom has exceeded our expectations,” Harvey says.
He adds, “(Pheonom 300 pricing is) fully dynamic right now. Where we sit right now, there is no need to add a cap.”
Members can use funds for Phenom 300 and Challenger 300 flights.
Harvey says members can now add a flight attendant for an additional fee on Challenger 300 or large cabin flights online.
The fleet revamp was announced last year during NBAA BACE in Las Vegas.
Wheels Up is also planning a roadshow to showcase its new fleet later this year.
Separately, today’s closure of London’s Heathrow Airport provides another opportunity to support its Delta connection.
Over 1,300 flights to London’s main airport have been canceled today after a fire cut power to the airport.
Via its Air Partner charter broker unit, Harvey says Wheels Up has already been booking private jet flights for stranded passengers.
In the past, Air Partner has also used its cargo charter services to expedite the return of delayed baggage during significant disruptions.
