Air Charter Service has appointed Kerry Holder as chief financial officer.

She takes over for Stewart Pitt.

Pitt held the role for 19 years.

He moves to a non-executive director position.

Holder had served as group finance director for Oxford International Education Group since 2020.

The company operates in over 30 countries, serving over 50,000 students from more than 100 countries.

Chairman and Founder Chris Leach said, “We’re delighted to be welcoming Kerry to Air Charter Service and to the board of directors.”

He adds, “She brings with her almost 30 years’ experience in finance, starting her career at KPMG in 1997 and as finance director at large companies with similar complexities in her two most recent roles.”

Leach continued, “I’d like to thank Stewart Pitt, who has done an incredible job as our CFO, and has been instrumental in ACS’s transformation from four offices when he joined in 2006 to now 37 across the world.”

Holder said, “I’m very excited to be taking over this role from Stewart in what is such a fascinating and complex group.”

She called her new company “unique in its field, with large volumes of business going through its global network across 18 countries.”

Holder added, Air Charter Service is “in a strong financial position.”

Holder starts Aug. 1, 2025.

Earlier this year, Air Charter Service expanded its Boston office.

It also opened its fourth office in Germany.

That office is in Cologne.
